How to Request Deletion

Technicians may request account deletion by sending an email to our support team.

What Happens Next?

• Processing Time: Please allow 7-15 working days for us to process your request.
• Verification: We may contact you to verify your identity before proceeding with the deletion.

After Deletion

• Account Access: Your login credentials will be permanently disabled.
• Profile Status: Your profile will be marked inactive and removed from our search results.
• Personal Data: Your personal information (name, photo, etc.) will be deleted from our active databases.
• Retention: Please note that certain data, such as transaction history and financial records, may be retained for a mandatory period as required by applicable tax and legal regulations.
