1. Platform Nature
The Right Touch Partner App provides a technology platform only.
Technicians are independent service providers. We do not employ technicians or directly provide
services.
We act as an intermediary to connect you with potential customers.
2. Eligibility
To use the app as a partner/technician, you must:
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Provide accurate and truthful personal information.
- Submit all required verification documents.
- Possess the necessary skills, certifications, and licenses for the services you offer.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Ensuring all details in your profile are kept up-to-date.
- Using the platform lawfully and ethically.
- Maintaining professional conduct with customers at all times.
4. Service Acceptance
- You have the discretion to accept or reject service bookings offered through the platform.
- Once a job is accepted, it must be completed professionally and on time.
- Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in temporary or permanent suspension from the
platform.
5. Payments
- The Platform may charge a commission or fee per completed job, which will be deducted from your
earnings.
- Payouts are transferred to your registered bank account or via UPI.
- You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on your income.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Engage in any fraudulent activity.
- Provide false or misleading information.
- Collect payments directly from customers bypassing the platform (if in-app payment is mandatory
for the booking).
- Harass, threaten, or abuse customers or support staff.
violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account.
7. Ratings & Quality
Customers may rate your services after completion. High ratings may improve your visibility and
booking frequency.
Consistently low ratings may lead to a review of your account status.
8. Limitation of Liability
We act only as a technology intermediary. We are not liable for:
- Disputes regarding service quality between you and the customer.
- Any damages, losses, or injuries caused during the provision of services.
- Unpaid fees by customers if the transaction occurred outside the platform's payment system.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
